How do I Share DNS Access from my Network Solutions Account?

You can invite selected users to access the DNS in your Network Solutions account. They can open and use your products, but they can't view or change account information like your payment methods and passwords.

To invite a user to your Network Solutions account, log in, go to the Accounts & Users section, select the account you want to manage, and click + Add User. Enter the user's name and email, assign a role (like "Tech" for technical access), and click Invite to send them an email invitation. 

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Log in to your Network Solutions account.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select Accounts & Users from the dropdown menu.
  3. Choose the account you want to delegate access to and click the Manage button.
  4. Scroll down to the User Roles & Permissions section and click + Add User.
  5. In the new window, enter the user's name and email address.
  6. Select the appropriate user role (e.g., "Tech" for domain access).
  7. Click Invite to send the invitation email.
