How do I review, approve, or deny applications in Corix?

Overview

The Applications section allows administrators to review submitted applications, evaluate supporting information, and take action on pending requests. Administrators can review application details, view supporting documents, approve applications, request additional information, or deny applications as needed.

Reviewing an application

  1. Navigate to the Applications section.
  2. Select the application you want to review.
  3. Review the applicant's information and responses.
  4. Review any submitted documents and signed agreements.
  5. Determine whether additional action is required.

Requesting additional information

If an application is incomplete or requires clarification:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Send a message to the applicant or request additional documentation.
  3. Clearly identify the information needed.
  4. Wait for the applicant to provide the requested information before continuing the review.

Approving an application

If all required information has been received and reviewed:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Verify the application details.
  3. Select Approve.
  4. Confirm the approval action.

Once approved, the applicant may gain access to additional account features based on your firm's configuration.

If an application does not meet your firm's requirements:

  3. Select Deny.
