What does my Corix account status mean?

As your application moves through the review process, Corix displays status updates to help you understand where your application stands and whether any action is required.

Status definitions

Pending

What it means: Your application has been created but has not yet been fully processed.

What you should do: Review your application for completeness and ensure all requested information has been provided.

Under Review

What it means: Your firm's operations team is reviewing your application and any supporting documentation.

What you should do: Monitor your account and email for requests for additional information. No action may be required unless your firm contacts you.

Approved

What it means: Your application has been approved. Depending on your firm's setup, additional account functionality may become available after approval.

What you should do: Log in to your account and review any next steps provided by your firm.

Rejected

What it means: Your application was not approved.

What you should do: Contact your firm's support team for additional information regarding the decision and any available next steps.
