What are the limitations of my HubSpot marketing account?

HubSpot only charges for Sales users, but you can have unlimited marketing users. Your limitations will come in the form of your contact/email limits.

Here is how HubSpot's email send limits work:

On Marketing Hub Starter, HubSpot provides 5 times your marketing contact tier as your email send limit per calendar month.
On Marketing Hub Professional, HubSpot provides 10 times your marketing contact tier as your email send limit per calendar month.
On Marketing Hub Enterprise, HubSpot provides 20 times your marketing contact tier as your email send limit per calendar month.

Each HubSpot marketing account plan comes with included contacts:

The HubSpot Marketing Hub Starter starts at 1,000 marketing contacts.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional starts at 2,000 marketing contacts.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise starts at 10,000 marketing contacts.

You can always purchase additional contacts within each plan.
